HOMEWORK for October 13 (Monday group) or 14 (Tuesday group), 2008

1/ I had no students yesterday (Monday, October 06) from 1pm to 2pm while there were lots of students from 12am to 1pm and today (Tuesday, October 07 from 1pm to 2pm). Would it be possible that some students change groups and decide to come from 1pm to 2pm on Mondays instead? I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance ! It is much better to work and participate in small groups than in larger ones.

2/ Despite what is said in the guidebook of the History department at La Sorbonne Paris IV("brochure") and planning, I confirm that I do not have any groups and class on Thursdays.

Next Monday and Tuesday (October 13/14) we will continue and finish our discussion on Susan Wicklund. This is your homework:

• Listen to this audio report several times
• Highlight the main ideas.
• Prepare around 10 questions and their answers that we will use for debates and discussions.
• If you have the time, start working on the report titled "The Cost of Coffee". Same preparation: highlight the main ideas and prepare around 10 questions (and their answers)for debates/discussions.
